How To Book An Appointment
Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep your appointment. Let us know if you cannot so that another patient may benefit.

Ways to book:
You may consult a Doctor by appointment. We operate a book-on-the-day system. To make an appointment, please telephone the surgery on 01253 201640. The Receptionist will do her best to offer you an appointment on the day or in the future, within the next 2 weeks.
You can also book appointments in advance if you are registered for online access. Please ask at Reception about registering for this service.
We also offer telephone appointments with Doctors and Nurses. If you think that this may be better than coming to the Practice in person, please let us know.
Urgent but NOT life-threatening
If you become unwell and need to see a doctor urgently:
Urgent calls will always be seen on the same day but not necessarily by your usual Doctor.
Life Threatening - Go to A&E
If you or someone you know has a life-threatening condition, such as loss of consciousness, a sudden confused state, chest pain, breathing difficulties etc, you should call 999
In an EMERGENCY call 999.
