Services Available
Ante-Natal Clinic
We hold a clinic each week to monitor your progress through pregnancy and share your care with the local midwives and hospital consultant.
Baby Clinic
Dr. Jepson is trained in child health surveillance and runs this clinic with the help of the Health Visitor and the Practice Nurses.
District Nursing Sister
Patients who are confined to their home and need nursing assistance may arrange with their Doctor for a Community Nursing Sister to call.
The district nurses also run leg ulcer clinics. This is strictly by appointment and patients should call 01253 951418. This is an answerphone service and messages are collected regularly by the District Nursing team.
Dressing Clinics
Dressing clinics are now provided by the Wound Care service, again strictly by appointment and the telephone number is 0300 123 1144.
Family Planning Clinic
A sexual health clinic is held here at St. Annes Medical Centre every Wednesday Evenings from 5:30pm.

Please note that this number is answered at Whitegate Drive Walk In Centre – if you are making an appointment, please ask for an appointment at Parcliffe Surgery if that is your choice.
Health Visitor
The Health Visitor is a qualified nurse who has special training to offer advice and health education, particularly in the home.
Minor Surgery
This service is provided by Dr. Adam where joint injections can be performed in the surgery.

Well Person Check
Includes assessment of coronary risk factors, blood pressure and, if appropriate, cholesterol level check.
Remember to bring a urine sample.
Well Woman Clinic
Run by the Practice Nurses, it includes cervical smears, breast examinations and coronary risk factors.
