The Practice has recently received some news that one of our colleagues and in many cases dear friend has passed away suddenly this morning. Access via the telephone lines is suspended at the moment while our teams take some time to process and navigate through this difficult time.

• Patients who would like to request an appointment and or medical advice, can do so using the online consultation platform accessible through Patchs and or your NHS app.
• The Reception Desk is open for anything that is truly urgent for today.
• Medication requests and or queries can be submitted via the NHS App or medicines management email address lscicb-fw.parcliffemm@nhs.net
• Appointments that are booked are going ahead as planned.

We will endeavour to resume telephone service as soon as we can, and appreciate your patience while we support our team through this difficult time.
