Situated within the town of Lytham St. Annes, we provide a wide range of medical services for local people, from one-off problems to longer-term illnesses.

Parcliffe Medical Centre

Parcliffe Medical Centre was born out of the merger of Park Medical Practice and Clifton Medical Practice in January 2019. We aim to provide a high standard of Primary Care Services to our population. We take pride in offering care to all patients without discrimination.

The practice is a member of NHS Fylde and Wyre Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), the organisation responsible for buying high quality, safe and effective health services to meet the needs of local people. To find out more, visit their website

Practice Information

Parking

  • The surgery was purpose-built in 2010 in central St. Annes with large onsite parking.

Disabled Access

The surgery is wheelchair friendly and all the staff are trained to cater for the needs of disabled patients.

GP Patient Survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
